• Your Order Number: This is the 4-digit number located after the "#" symbol, which was sent to you in the confirmation email upon placing your order.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Free Exchanges: Finding the perfect fit should be effortless! Once we receive your product and it passes our quality check, we’ll dispatch your exchange on the same day, completely free of charge.

Assured Returns: If you decide to return your order, we ensure a smooth and transparent process. Your refund will be immediately processed after the product clears our quality check. ₹100 per order for logistics will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited directly to your bank account.

• To View Your Order History: Log in with the same Email ID you used while placing the order, navigate to My Account, and select the Order History dropdown menu.
• If You Didn’t Have a Forgals Account: You can easily Create a New Account using the same Email ID you used while placing the order. Your past orders will automatically appear in the Order History section of your account.

•  To Cancel an Order before it has been delivered: Send a WhatsApp message with your Order ID followed by the word "Cancel".
• For eg, if your Order ID is #0000, send "Cancel #0000" to 9220537879 on WhatsApp.
