Return and Exchange Policy

At Forgals, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Exchanges – Completely Free!
We offer free size exchanges to ensure that you find your perfect fit. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, simply visit the ‘Return/Exchange’ page from our main menu and follow the steps.

We will get the order picked up from your address and shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your product and it passes our quality check, we’ll send out your exchange on the same day itself. Please note, each order is eligible for an exchange or return only once. The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items.

Returns – Hassle-Free & Easy
If you wish to return your purchase, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply visit the ‘Return/Exchange’ page from our main menu and follow the steps.

We will get the order picked up from your address and shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your returned product and it clears our quality check, your refund amount will be processed to your bank account immediately. For returns and cancellations, ₹100 per order for logistics will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note, returns of individual items from a bundle or set are not accepted—the entire bundle or set must be returned. The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items. 

Important Note: Returns are not accepted on orders where End of Month offer codes have been applied.
