Exchanges – Completely free

You can exchange your product for another size or even for a different product from our website. Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of receiving your order (from the date of delivery). To initiate an exchange, simply visit the Request Return/Exchange page in our website footer and follow the steps.

We will get the order picked up from your address and shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your product and it passes our quality check, we’ll send out your exchange on the same day itself. Please note, each order is eligible for an exchange or return only once. The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items.

Returns – Hassle-Free & Easy

If you wish to return your purchase, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order(from date of delivery). To initiate a return, simply visit the Request Return/Exchange page in our website footer and follow the steps.

We will get the order picked up from your address and shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your returned product and it clears our quality check, your refund amount will be processed to your bank account immediately. For returns and cancellations, a logistics fee of ₹100 per request will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note, returns of individual items from a bundle or set are not accepted—the entire bundle or set must be returned. The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items.
