You can get a free exchange for your product, either for another size or even for a different product from our website.
Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of receiving your order (from the date of delivery). To initiate an exchange, simply visit the Request Return/Exchange page in our website footer and follow the steps, or reach out to our WhatsApp customer support at +91 9220537879.
We will arrange a free pickup from your address and have the product(s) shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your returned product(s) and it clears our quality check, the exchange parcel will be shipped out immediately at no additional cost. All updates regarding the exchange parcel will be automatically shared with you via WhatsApp. Please note that each order is eligible for an exchange or return only once. The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items.

If you wish to return your purchase, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order (from the date of delivery).
To initiate a return, simply visit the Request Return/Exchange page in our website footer, and follow the steps. Clear front and back images of the product(s) with tags intact and visible should be uploaded for your request to be processed. We will arrange a pickup from your address and have the product(s) shipped back to our warehouse. Once we receive your returned product(s) and it clears our quality check, your refund will be processed to your bank account immediately. For returns and cancellations, a logistics and processing fee of ₹100 per request will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that returns of individual items from a bundle or set are not accepted, the entire bundle or set must be returned. The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact, along with the original packaging and all included items.
